For privacy questions, access requests or deletion requests, please contact us using the email address above.

2. Information we may collect

Please do not include sensitive information in an enquiry unless it is genuinely necessary for us to respond to your request or provide appropriate accommodation.

3. Why we use personal data

Enquiries and reservations

We use your details to answer questions, check availability, prepare a booking and take steps at your request before entering into a contract, or to perform the accommodation agreement.

Legal and accounting duties

Reservation and payment records may be kept where required to meet tax, accounting, registration or other legal obligations.

Website security

Visit and page-view data is stored only after analytics consent. Without consent, ordinary page views and requested pages are not retained in analytics access logs.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Service providers and international transfers

Data may be processed by providers that support our website, hosting, email, booking communications, payment, IT or professional services, only to the extent needed for those services. Some website assets and cookie-management functions are supplied through Hostinger services.

If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, an appropriate transfer mechanism required by applicable data-protection law should be used. Third-party links and services have their own privacy terms.

5. Retention

6. Cookies and similar technologies

The website uses strictly necessary technologies to operate the site and remember privacy choices. If analytics consent is given in the cookie notice, the first-party sc_vid cookie stores a random identifier for 90 days to count page views and visited pages. It is not used for advertising or cross-site profiling. You can change or remove site data through your browser settings.

Blocking optional cookies does not prevent access to the essential information on this website, although some external or interactive features may be unavailable.

7. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Send a request to res@villacappella.com. We may ask for enough information to verify your identity before acting on a request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority, including the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

8. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy when our website, services or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will remain available on this page.
